МОК предоставит Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» следующие базовые услуги в области маркетинга:
• помощь во взаимодействии между Оргкомитетом «Сочи-2014» и Всемирными партнерами;
• помощь Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» в подготовке семинаров по темам, имеющим отношение к маркетинг-партнерам Игр;

IOC shall provide the following marketing-related base services to Sochi 2014:
• facilitate liaison between Sochi 2014 and TOP partners;
• assist Sochi 2014 in the development of workshops on topics relevant to Games marketing partners;
• assist Sochi 2014 in its marketing activities (including the Sponsor Hospitality Program) to ensure the enhancement of the overall Games image;
• provide such educational resources and/or presentations to Sochi 2014 marketing staff, as the IOC considers necessary;
• share past Games marketing experience with Sochi 2014 personnel; and
• provide such management services and liaison facilities within Sochi 2014, as the IOC deems necessary in order to facilitate the implementation of the TOP Program.

11 Olympic hospitality center (OHC)
Олимпийский представительский центр
Центр, который обеспечит эксклюзивные и бесплатные удобства и комфорт для аккредитованного персонала и гостей МОК, персонала и гостей международных спортивных федераций, должностных лиц и тренеров спортивных делегаций. Спортсменам-олимпийцам также будет обеспечен теплый прием. Этот объект будет иметь собственное транспортное обслуживание для доставки к гостиницам, где будут проживать члены Олимпийской семьи, и к станциям пассажирской железной дороги.
Олимпийский представительский центр
Здание или помещение на территории города-организатора, отведенное маркетинг-партнерам для проведения представительских корпоративных мероприятий в период Игр. ОКОИ по согласованию с МОК предоставляет маркетинг-партнерам территорию для организации данного центра. Центр может использоваться как одним маркетинг-партнером, так и группой партнеров. Olympic hospitality center (OHC)
Center offering exclusive and free hospitality amenities to accredited NOC personnel and guests, IF personnel and guests, team officials and coaches. Athletes will be welcome as well. This facility will have its own dedicated shuttle service to the Olympic Family hotels and public train stations.
Olympic hospitality center (OHC)
Facility or location provided by the OCOG in conjunction with the IOC within the Host City that enables marketing partners to create and outfit corporate hospitality facilities for their own use during the Games. The facility or location may be exclusive space for one marketing partner or common space exclusive to a group of marketing partners. Sochi 2014 Hospitality Center will be located in Sochi Olympic Park in the Imeretinskaya Valley.

SUBJECT AREA: Ports and shipping[br]b. 22 April 1925 Auchtermuchty, Fife, Scotland[br]Scottish naval architect and leading twentieth-century exponent of advanced maritime technology.[br]After early education at Cupar in Fife, Meek commenced training as a naval architect, taking the then popular sandwich apprenticeship of alternate half years at the University of Glasgow (with a Caird Scholarship) and at a shipyard, in his case the Caledon of Dundee. On leaving Dundee he worked for five years with the British Ship Research Association before joining Alfred Holt \& Co., owners of the Blue Funnel Line. During his twenty-five years at Liverpool, he rose to Chief Naval Architect and Director and was responsible for bringing the cargo-liner concept to its ultimate in design. When the company had become Ocean Fleets, it joined with other British shipowners and looked to Meek for the first purpose-built containership fleet in the world. This required new ship designs, massive worldwide investment in port facilities and marketing to win public acceptance of freight containers, thereby revolutionizing dry-cargo shipping. Under the houseflag of OCL (now POCL), this pioneer service set the highest standards of service and safety and continues to operate on almost every ocean.In 1979 Meek returned to the shipbuilding industry when he became Head of Technology at British Shipbuilders. Closely involved in contemporary problems of fuel economy and reduced staffing, he held the post for five years before his appointment as Managing Director of the National Maritime Institute. He was deeply involved in the merger with the British Ship Research Association to form British Maritime Technology (BMT), an organization of which he became Deputy Chairman.Marshall Meek has held many public offices, and is one of the few to have been President of two of the United Kingdom's maritime institutions. He has contributed over forty papers to learned societies, has acted as Visiting Professor to Strathclyde University and University College London, and serves on advisory committees to the Ministry of Defence, the Department of Transport and Lloyd's Register of Shipping.
